REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Before Production
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund (including shipping) up until the moment it is sent to production at Gelato AS.
To cancel, email us at moltea.clothing@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Non-Returnable Items
Under Act No. 102/2014 Coll., consumer Buyers have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of taking physical possession of the goods.– This right does not apply to personalized products made to customer specifications (i.e. printed with your custom design).
3. Returns for Defects or Damage
3.1 Reporting a Defect• If your Product arrives with a printing or manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing moltea.clothing@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and 2–3 photos of the damaged Product and packaging.

3.2 Complaint Resolution
a) Replacement (Re-print)
We will forward your claim to Gelato AS. If the defect is confirmed, Gelato will reprint and send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

b) Refund
If Gelato is unable to produce a replacement (e.g. due to material shortages or technical issues), we will refund the purchase price of the defective item (excluding the original shipping fee) within 14 days of confirming that a reprint is not possible.

4. Loss or Damage in Transit
If your shipment is lost or significantly damaged, inspect it upon delivery and obtain a written damage report from the carrier.
Contact us within 5 business days at moltea.clothing@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging.
We will work with Gelato and the carrier to either reprint and resend your order or issue a refund per section 3.2(b).

5. Refund Method
All refunds (order cancellations, returns for defect) will be issued to the same payment method you used.– Refunds will be processed within 14 days of claim approval.

6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
