SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt of payment.

Production time (printing + packaging) typically takes 2–5 business days.

2. Carrier and Shipping Method

Products are printed, packaged and shipped by Gelato AS (Norway) via partners (DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, etc.).

The choice of carrier depends on the destination country and shipment type.

3. Delivery Times

EU: 5–14 calendar days from the start of production (2–5 days production + 3–9 days shipping).

Outside the EU: 7–21 calendar days (production + international shipping + customs clearance).

- Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and dimensions of your shipment according to Gelato’s current pricing.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically in the cart before you complete your order.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, Gelato will email you a tracking code and link so you can monitor delivery status.

6. Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Neither the Seller nor Gelato is liable for delays or charges related to customs clearance.

7. Delivery Acceptance

The Buyer is responsible for accepting the shipment in a timely manner.

If a shipment is refused or uncollected and returned, the Seller reserves the right to charge for reshipment or an administrative fee.

8. Loss or Damage in Transit

Inspect the package upon receipt. If damaged, obtain a written damage report from the carrier.

Notify us within 5 business days at moltea.clothing@gmail.com, including photos of the damaged packaging and products.

We will coordinate with Gelato and the carrier to replace or redeliver the items.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at https://www.moltea.clothing/shipping-policy–
